Judge Medina's wife released on bail in arson case: She turned self in on Thursday after the second indictment issued May 1, 2008 The wife of Texas Supreme Court Justice David Medina, accused of burning down the couple's Spring home and damaging two others, surrendered to authorities Thursday and was released on bail, her attorney said. Francisca Medina posted $42,000 bond and will appear in state District Judge Brian Rains' court for arraignment on May 20, records indicate.
