Wanting to design a State bar approved CLE course on firearms for prosecutors. Has anyone done this or something similar? Spoke to the Bar and they didn't sound optimistic that a training on the basics of firearms and how they work would qualify for credit. Not looking to focus on case law, but provide a working knowledge to enhance trial presentation, understanding the evidence, direct/cross experts, etc.
