Have a case with SJF amount of PG1 Controlled substance. During execution of search warrant officers also find, club (with knife inside) shotgun, stun gun, two 9 mm hand guns in pick up truck belonging to defendant.

Search of defendant finds derringer and the controlled substance. Do I have a 3rd degree felony? (enhancement for deadly weapons?)

I would indict it with the deadly weapon enhancement.
