We have a citizen the District Judge and Sheriff ordered to be criminally trespassed from courthouse, unless he has business with an office. So he showed up and wanted to come watch court and then wouldn't leave. Are there any problems with criminally trespassing someone from a public place like a courthouse? And who has the authority to do it? I'm looking on Lexis and found some cases but none address this issue. I appreciate your prior work product
