My name is Maria and I'm a staff writer for County Magazine, a state-wide publication that goes out to elected county officials. I am working on an article about post-trial jury counseling and HB 3416 and was wondering if anyone here has ever offered post-trial psychological counseling to a jury/ juror, if you believe there is a need for such a service to be offered by counties, and how having to implement/ offer such a service would impact your office.
