Is there a requirement to file a motion to seal when I file medical records with the court as a business record? It is a simple DWI, and I want to admit the defendant's hospital record as a business record. If I do not file a motion to seal, is there a HIPPA violation?

You have no duty under hippa. Only medical and mental health providers can be held accountable under hippa.
