I have a case where a month baby was shaken and hit. Mom is wanting to stop life support AND donate organs. Problem is that will effect our autopsy. How can we stop this from happening? Anyone encountered this before?

There are provisions in the law to permit the local JP, if that is who decides an autopsy, to make the decision not to have organs donated if that would interfere with deciding the cause of death. But, some organ donation might not have any effect on the autopsy.
