Anyone have a good cross of a defendant's expert on competency? This particular defendant was found incompetent in another county(I know, it raises my burden) on an attempted sexual assault of a child. That finding was never set aside, and he was sent to a group home. Now, some 6 years later, he commits burglary of a habitation with attempt to commit sexual assault (of a child).
