I am an investigator, but I have a question about admissibility. How accommodating are the courts in allowing a death record from the Texas Health & Human Services Commission, Bureau of Vital Statistics to be admitted in lieu of a certified copy of a death certificate? Just wondering. Certified Copies can always be obtained, but sometimes there are delays. | ||
