We have a case going to trial tomorrow. We suspect one of our witnesses will not show up. We have the evidence to go ahead with forfeiture by wrongdoing. If the judge denies it, we need to be ready with a stay of the case and file an interlocutory appeal. We have never had to this but we have a new judge. Has anyone filed an interlocutory appeal that can forward a copy of what you filed? Any help would be much appreciated.
