I have a suspect who has a very large quantity of a prescription drug. This drug was prescribed by an over seas doctor who has never seen the "patient". Can a doctor in this situation give a valid presciption (as that term is used in Sec.481.118 Health&Safety Code)? My facts are different from those in Wright v. State, handed down by the CCA in 1998. In Wright, there was a valid physician/patient relationship. | ||
