Has anyone out there prosecuted an individual for harassment for communication through a social media platform, when the defendant is posting the harassing content to his facebook page. The victim is not his "friend" and does not view the posts unless other people in the community share it with her. We are in a very small rural community and the defendant clearly knows that all of his posts will be shared with or communicated to the victim. Even better, I have already convicted this guy once for harassment of this victim through more "traditional" forms of communication. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated. | ||
