Has anyone heard what is happening with the Higher Education Act? The latest edition of the ABA YoungLawyer says that it is currently before the Senate. From what I've read it would allow eligible prosecutors to receive up to $10,000 per year with a maximum of $60,000, but it says it would be allocated on a "first-come, first-served basis." Anyone have any idea what that means? Will there be a mandatory # of service years prior to qualifying for the relief? | ||
