I am preparing for a Harboring a Runaway case and want to make sure I hit all relevant areas on Voir dire. The defendant in this case has also been charged with sexual assault of a child (the same victim). Have any of you tried one of these cases that could help me out?

Can we ask why the Sexual Assault of a Child is not being tried first, vs. the harboring case?
