I am with a district attorney's office and we are being told that it is now CPS policy to only give law enforcement deidentified copies of their files? Is anyone else being told this? CPS is refusing to give us a copy of their case. I know we can subpoena it, but I am just curoius if this is a state-wide policy? | ||
