In a statute description, what does "Evading Arrest/Detention Sbi/Death" and Evading Arrest/Detention Sbi mean?

"Evading Arrest/Detention Death" = 2nd-dgree felony.

"Evading Arrest/Detention Sbi" = 3rd-degree felony.
