Has anyone cited Penal Code section, Chapter 7, in a letter to Trucking Companies whose driver has gotten a Licensing and Weight Regulation ticket in your County in order to expedite payment directly from the trucking company when the driver does not pay?

If not, this prosecutor would like to know any methods that have been sucessful in your County to get these Licensing and Weight violations paid in a timely manner when the drivers are evasive.
