Does anyone have experience presenting the application and supporting affidavit required under Art. 39.02? I'm also looking for guidance on the mechanics of arranging and executing the depo, including use of the Officer Who May Take Deposition under Art. 39.03 and understanding written vs. oral deposition.

Uncharted waters - would love to get advice from someone who's gone through the process.
