Is there a minimum DWI fine of $500 (felony)?

And, more importantly, where is it located in the statutes?

No such fine exists that I've ever heard of. Took a quick look and couldn't find anything either.

There was a long time ago in 6701L-1(e). I think that was repealed in about 1994.
