Anyone have any idea what sort of sanctions might be proposed for violations of community supervision if this bill passes? As I understand it, there will be "minimum standards" under 509.003(a)(6) and then multiple variations under the local "community justice plan". Apparently there is no plan for spending any more money for intermediate sanctions funded by the State, just a system for limiting or channeling the current discretion of the court.
