Our office recently received a case that we believe can be prosecuted under the statute. We used the TDCAA charging manual as a guide, but I wanted to see if anyone had a sample indictment for a case that was successfully prosecuted under the statute, to insure we get this one right. Thank you!
Here is one that we use that breaks down the CSA acts more clearly then stringing them all together, in my opinion. This case has already been affirmed on appeal.
