Our district clerks office is telling one court that their computer software for judgments will not accept a section 12:44(b)reduction. They can do a 12:44 (a)felony conviction, misdemeanor punishmnet, but not (b). I have not had time to talk to the lady who does the judgments yet and was wondering if anyone else was having this problem.
