Wish I could take credit for this one, but it belongs to another prosecutor in our office. Folks come home to find the across-the-street neighbors' kid (not a juvi) conducting a sort of yard sale in his driveway. They recognize many of the items. He had burglarized their house and was in the process of selling their stuff across the street in broad daylight!
