Does anyone have a motion to disqualify defense counsel?

I have defense counsel who acknowledges a conflict but only withdrew on one case and is still representing the murder defendant in the other case.

Defense counsel withdrew from representing a defendant on a felony MTR who is a witness to the murder on the other case. He acknowledged a conflict of interest (but only after we pressed the issue). In addition to the conflict he also admitted to telling his client not to talk to law enforcement, but to invoke his fifth amendment right not to testify because his presence at the scene was a violation of his probation.
