I am dealing with a capital murder case where intellectual disability is being alleged. I am not very familiar with the law on this issue. I would like to know what cases I need to be aware of and understand, and then any other resources, such as TDCAA books, that would be helpful in allowing me to become fully informed on this issue. Thanks.

A lot of work in this area was done by Lee Hon, Polk County DA. He is an invaluable resource on this as a result of his experience in the Penry capital murder case.
