Individual is indicted.
Trial judge in court were case lands recuses. Admin judge assigns to retired judge.
Defendant files motion to recuse retired judge. Admin judge assigns judge to hear motion to recuse.
Defendant files motion to recuse judge assigned to hear motion to recuse original judge.
