I am sometimes seeing some language in subpoenas that i consider courtesy language to subpeona targets that this request complies with HIPPA and so on on and so forth. Have reviewed HIPPA and new TDCAA HIPPA book. I don't see that this is required language. Am I wrong? Does HIPPA require any special language be in subpoenas as long as on their face they purport to be issued by a court official or a grand jury? | ||
