I'm preparing to get my local law enforcement agencies to execute new forfeiture agreements pursuant to Chapter 59 of the CCP. I would like to know what other felony jurisdiction prosecutors have in their agreements with respect to percentages to the prosecutor's office, the disposition of vehicles, minimum seizure amounts for cash and minimum values for vehicles, etc. My office currently takes 25% of cash, etc., and the seizing agency can use vehicles as long as they give us 25% of any sale proceeds when sold.
