Clerks list serve is advising other counties are suspending the time payment fee at the recommendation of TDCAA.

We have suspended it.

The District Clerk called me yesterday and said that a mandate hasn't come down from OCA yet so we shouldn't suspend it yet. I'm not quite sure what she means. Any one have any idea or thoughts?

TDCAA has not issued any such recommendation.
