I posted this on the civil board but decided to put here also.

Our local child advocacy center just received a Federal Subpoenas from a civil case asking for all of their records in a particular case. We are prosecuting a case where a teacher molested a child. The PI lawyer is suing the school district in federal court and has made it abundantly clear he doesn't care about the criminal case. He has even tried to prevent us from talking to the victim or her family. I have a motion to quash this type of subpoena in State Court but wonder what differences i may run into in Federal Court.

Anyone have a form or example?
