Just in time for Mothers' Day -- has anyone filed a case on mother who didn't believe daughter(s) who told her step-dad was molesting them, downplayed what they told her, undermined CPS and school authorities who knew, told girls to lie, threatened girls with being taken away, and contrary to a CPS Safety Plan, allowed the now convicted defendant to have access, and testified against the girls? My jury asked whether we were filing charges on mom. Likelihood of successful prosecution? Will also take into consideration how the girls feel and the impact such a prosecution will have on them before filing. Sample indictment? Thanks!

If she told the girls to lie then witness tampering would be one option as well. Sounds like you found the mother of year award recipient. Smile
