Experience has taught me that the detailed checklist we require for case filings by LE is not reliable. So instead of more detail, I'm thinking about going the opposite direction: A basic checklist for the necessary bureaucratic paperwork. Beyond that only a general statement that says, in effect, "We have given you everything you need and that the law requires." We already have a similar statement on the current forms, but I would like to make it more user friendly. I'd appreciate any thoughts.
