Forgive me if this has been addressed before (I couldn't find anything), but does anyone know of any prohibition against including the cost of laboratory testing as restitution?

I know the standard $140 for drug testing has been explicitly authorized, but would doing something similar for those tests arising out of blood search warrants be specifically precluded?
