Art. 59.12, Code of Criminal Procedure, identifies what a financial institution can do when it is served with seizure warrant issued under Chapter 18. As such, prepare a seizure affidavit and seizure warrant identifying the proceeds and legal reasons you are seeking to seize, file it with the Court, and once issued, serve it on the financial institution.
