The Legislature recently created CCP Chapter 57B, effective 6/15/07, to allow victims of family violence to use a pseudonym in court proceedings, etc.

Has anyone seen this law in use yet? If so, did it present you with any problems in the case, or in proceedings related to it (protective orders, etc.)?
