I have a Defendant who spit in the face of one of my officers and has been charged with Harassment of a Public Servant. I would like to conduct testing under 18.22.

3) Who does the test?

4) Who pays for the test? Can I make the Defendant pay it back as restitution?

5) After the test is done, who gets the results?
