IIRC there is some case law that says on a search warrant, that the blood draw and saliva swab must be done by either an RN or "certified medical personel". Would this allow the LVN at the jail to either draw blood or perform a buccal swab for DNA in regards to a search warrant?

We are going to the local hospital and having the SANE nurse do it for us, but could we have the Jail LVN do the draw and swab?
