Does anyone know the effect of a County Auditor not taking the oath of office? I have done some case searching and attorney general opinion searches but nothing covers when a County Auditor is acting but has not taken the oath of office. Is everything she has done or is doing not valid?
If you have any experience in this area I would like some input?
