In Graham, the SCOTUS barred life sentences for juveniles who commit non-fatal crimes, so Walle (a rapist in Florida) has been resentenced. He is now serving a 65 year term stacked on a 27 year term. He may be liberated in his 90s. Do you think SCOTUS will let this stand? http://www.tampabay.com/news/courts/criminal/teenage-rapist-jose-walle-re-sentenced-to-65-years-in-prison/1134862

A fantastic quote from the judge: "Let me start out by saying, what's wrong with this picture? Shouldn't our focus be first and foremost on the welfare of the victims? Is it not cruel and unusual punishment for the victims to have endured the rage, the brutality, the terror that your client exacted upon them?"
