Morning folks,
I am a police sergeant here in Central Texas. I'm looking for some quick notes on writing a good criminal affidavit so I can pass this on to my officers. When I was a detective I would check with the prosecutors office. They always wanted a short-to-the-point affidavit. Now I'm in charge of making sure my officers are doing the same thing. Does anyone have anything they can send me that I could pass on in a roll call briefing? Thanks
