I'm trying to formulate a correct jury charge in a criminal mischief case to aggregate damages up to the level of a state jail felony. The three separate incidents are alleged in multiple paragraphs as opposed to separate counts.

Does anyone have access to a correct jury charge of this type that I might use as a model?
