SB 566 (78R) amended CCP Ch. 55 to require felony prosecutors to pursue expunctions in cases involving the use of false/stolen/mistaken ID on behalf of any victim who files a proper application with that office. See Arts. 55.01(d) and 55.02, Sec. 2a.

Question: Has anyone prepared an application form for use by these victims of ID theft? And if so, would you be willing to share it with us?
