7.187 of the water code allows the state to bring a criminal action against a company.

Has anyone ever brought a criminal action against a company? If so, how did the indictment read? Did you just assert the name of the company in the information, or did you assert the name of some individual acting as a representative on behalf of the company.

We don't know who the individual that put the waster in the water, only the name of the company that owns the land.
