I have recently been assigned with "knowing and understanding" CCP articles 18.20 and 18.21. Those who knew it the best in our office are all gone. I am looking for any contacts within our state who might bring me up to date in this area. It is my understanding that Harris County would like to start utilizing 18.20; something not really done much before. Any suggestions on contacts would be greatly appreciated. THX
