I have a defendant selling an antidepressant called trazodone--brand name Desyrel. It is not listed that I can find in the schedules.

I thought there was a place in the HSC that talked about prescription only drugs, even if not in a schedule....is there another offense that could be applied if the drug is not listed in the schedules?

Okay, answered my own question...poss of dangerous drug.
