Does indecency with a child by exposure require 10 years of registration AFTER he's finished with probation or is it a TOTAL of 10 years?
If I plead a defendant to 10 years deferred, does that mean he registers for the 10 years during probation and then 10 more years afterwards?

The defendant's duty to register will begin when they are placed on deferred and will not expire until 10 years after they complete the deferred.

Here is a relatively up to date summary of offender registration requirements: Texas Sex Offenders
