So, I've gotten two Dangerous Drug cases the past year or so, I've already rejected one (referred to the DA), and the second is sitting there with a rejection (referral) ready to go, but I thought I'd see what the general consensus was - tablet found - Acetaminophen Oxycodone Hydrochloride 325/10 So the oxycodone hydrochloride content of one of those pills is 10 mg. I'm thinking that just because those two compounds are combined, this is still oxycodone for prosecution purposes. This is a huge deal because if it is, then the police have siezed 2,090 mg of oxycodone. And if it's not...then I've got a class A to file. So, what's the status of the law? Thanks, Alan J.
