I have a defendant who sexually assaulted his daughter and he was HIV+ at the time. We are alleging the HIV virus as a deadly weapon and have a search warrant prepared to have his blood tested. Unfortunately we cannot find a lab that is willing to perform the test and testify in court. Anyone know of a lab?
