I have a continuous family violence case going to trial on Monday with the defense raising reasonable discipline as a justification (my victim was 16 years old). My judge requires that we use the pattern jury charge, but the pattern charges does not contain a charge on either continuous family violence or reasonable discipline. Does anyone have a charge they are willing to share with me?
