I'm a prosecutor in Brazoria County. I have a couple of questions:

1. Has anyone prosecuted a DWI based on this substance and if so, how did you plead it and prove it?

2. Cities have been passing ordinances making it illegal to possess, use or sell this stuff. Have any Counties tried to pass similar ordinances and under what authority?
